We only make use of the most reliable couriers. Delivery will cost you R100 to all major cities and towns within South Africa.
Please note that our current lead time for preparing orders is between 5-7 working days. You will receive an updated email containing all of the delivery information as well as a tracking number to check up on the location of your order. Shipping takes anything from 2-5 days from when it leaves our studio. Please be patient with us, each order is made to order to allow the maximum amount of love + personalisation goes into it!

We have a FREE local pickup point for all our Gauteng customers. Available in 2 – 7 Business Days.
Damages happen. We personally check that everything sent to our customers is of the best quality. In the unlikely event that the products arrives faulty or damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days from the date you received your order.
Please include your full name, description of the damage and an image of the damaged products. Once we received your email we will assess the damaged and we will either refund you or provide a replacement.
No, at this stage we do not ship internationally.
